I will continue working out with her and recommend her to all my friends and family. ♥️Posted on Google Sharon KinyaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rozzie is an amazing fitness trainer. She doesn't just focus on workouts, she also guides you on nutrition, meal planning, and calorie tracking to help you build sustainable habits. What I appreciate most is her emphasis on proper form and consistency. She always says that doing the exercises correctly and staying consistent is far more important than doing more with poor technique, and that mindset has made a real difference for me. She's knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in her clients' progress. I highly recommend Rozzie to anyone looking for a supportive and results-driven fitness coach😊Posted on Google Avin AsaadTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fully committed, Great experiencePosted on Google Ameneh MohammadiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rozzie has been amazing to work with. She’s incredibly patient, supportive, and always takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable and confident with my training. I’ve already started seeing results, which has been really motivating. Her positive attitude and encouragement make every session enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring personal trainer.Posted on Google Ben RennTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I booked Rozzie for personal training in Dubai during a mid-term stay, after a random recommendation, and I’m honestly really glad I did. I’ve been going to the gym for around 15 years, so at first I wasn’t sure how much I could still learn, especially from a young female trainer. But Rozzie proved me completely wrong in the best possible way. She is very warm, friendly, and easy to train with, but also direct when it matters. She tells you clearly what needs to be done, corrects your technique, and helps you understand how to improve your workouts instead of just making you go through exercises. The sessions were challenging, effective, and actually a lot of fun. What surprised me most was how much I was able to take away in a relatively short time. I learned things about training structure, technique, and strength training that I still use in my own workouts today, with real progress. If you are looking for a personal trainer in Dubai who is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely enjoyable to work with, I can absolutely recommend Rozzie. Thank you, Rozzie!
The problem
Staying Active Should Not Feel Intimidating, Unsafe or Out of Reach
Many adults want to keep moving, protect their joints, improve their balance and feel more confident in daily life. But standard gyms can feel too fast, too crowded or simply not adapted enough.
You feel stiff or less confident with movement
Daily tasks like walking, stairs, standing up or turning can start to feel harder than they used to.
Standard gyms do not feel right for your body
Busy spaces, fast workouts and generic exercises can feel intimidating or poorly adapted to your current ability.
You are returning after pain, illness or physiotherapy
After joint discomfort, surgery, reduced activity or a health setback, it can be difficult to know how to start safely again.
You want trusted support for a parent or family member
Your loved one may need patient, respectful coaching that helps them move with more confidence at home.
You do not need extreme training.
You need safe, calm support that meets you where you are.

The Solution
A Safer, Calmer Way to Keep Moving in Dubai
Fit with Rozzie provides private active aging and mobility coaching in Dubai, bringing calm, structured and patient support directly to your home, villa or building gym.
Your coach adapts every session around your current ability, confidence, comfort, energy and medical guidance where relevant. The focus is not on pushing harder for the sake of it. The focus is on helping you move better, build useful strength, improve balance and feel more capable in daily life.
This is personal training with a different rhythm.
No bootcamp intensity.
No pressure to keep up with a group.
No crowded gym environment.
No generic workout copied from a younger fitness programme.
Instead, the programme is built around your body, your goals and the movements that matter in your everyday life.
What Is Active Aging & Mobility Coaching?
Active Aging & Mobility Coaching is private fitness coaching for adults who want to maintain or improve strength, balance, mobility and daily movement confidence.
It is not physiotherapy, medical rehabilitation or medical treatment. It is structured exercise coaching adapted around your current body, mobility, pain history, energy level, confidence, health background and goals.
A session may include joint mobility work, balance training, functional strength, posture support, gentle cardiovascular movement and practical exercises that support real-life tasks.
This may include standing up from a chair, walking more confidently, climbing stairs, carrying bags, improving posture, turning with more control or getting down and up from the floor safely where appropriate.
Public health guidance for adults and older adults consistently highlights regular physical activity, strength training, balance work and coordination as important parts of healthy aging. That is why our coaching is built around three simple pillars.
The 3 Pillars of Active Aging Coaching
The goal is not to train like an athlete. The goal is to build the strength, stability and confidence that support your independence.
Pillar 1: Mobility
Move with more freedom and less hesitation.
Mobility work focuses on controlled, comfortable range of motion for the joints and movement patterns you use every day. The goal is not to force flexibility. The goal is to help your body move with more ease, control and confidence.
This may include:
Hip, shoulder, ankle and spine mobility
Gentle range-of-motion work
Reaching, bending, turning and walking patterns
Posture and spinal support
Movements adapted around stiffness or discomfort
Pillar 2: Balance
Feel more confident on your feet.
Balance and coordination can change with age, but they can also be trained. The focus is on stability, control and confidence during everyday movement.
This may include:
Standing balance work
Gait and walking confidence
Ankle, knee and hip stability
Core and pelvic stability
Controlled coordination drills adapted to your level
Pillar 3: Longevity Strength
Build strength that supports daily life.
Strength training does not need to be aggressive, heavy or intimidating to be useful. For active aging, the priority is controlled, joint-friendly strength that helps you feel more capable in real life.
This may include:
Bodyweight strength exercises
Resistance band training
Chair-supported or wall-supported strength
Lower-body strength for walking, stairs and standing
Upper-body strength for carrying, lifting and daily tasks
Who Active Aging & Mobility Coaching Is For
The goal is not to train like an athlete. The goal is to build the strength, stability and confidence that support your independence.
- Want to stay active in a safe and structured way
- Have not exercised regularly for some time
- Feel stiff, weak or less confident with movement
- Are managing joint stiffness, arthritis or reduced mobility

- Are returning to movement after illness, injury, surgery or physiotherapy

You do not need to be fit before starting. The programme begins at your current level and progresses carefully from there.
Booking for a Parent or Family Member?
In Dubai, many adult children arrange private coaching for a parent or older family member. We handle this with care, patience and respect.
If you would like to organise sessions for someone you care about, we can guide you through the process. This includes the first consultation, health background, medical guidance where relevant, scheduling and session setup.
This can be especially helpful if your parent or family member:
Feels unsure about starting alone
Needs a calm and patient coaching style
Has become less active over time
Would benefit from strength, balance and mobility support
Needs movement adapted around current ability and confidence
Would feel safer training privately at home or in a residence gym
The goal is to create a supportive experience, not pressure. Your loved one should feel respected, guided and safe from the first conversation.
Safety First - Medical Guidance and Responsible Programming
Active aging coaching should feel safe, calm and carefully adapted. Every session is built around your current ability, comfort and health background.
Qualified Coaching Standards
Sessions are delivered by qualified personal trainers who follow professional coaching standards and adapt exercises carefully around age, mobility, balance and comfort.
Health Background First
Before starting, we discuss your current mobility, previous injuries, surgeries, pain, medications where relevant, and any medical or physiotherapy guidance you have received.
Medical Clearance When Needed
If you have a chronic condition, cardiovascular history, recent surgery, significant pain, joint replacement or another health consideration, medical clearance may be requested before sessions begin. This is a safety step, not a barrier.
Adapted Every Session
Your coach adapts the session around your strength, pain-free range of motion, energy, confidence and daily-life goals. Some days may focus on strength. Other days may focus on gentle mobility, balance, breathing or circulation.
Important Note
Fit with Rozzie does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care, physiotherapy or rehabilitation. Coaching is focused on safe exercise progression, functional strength, balance, mobility and movement confidence.
Private Coaching vs Standard Gym Training
Dubai has several EMS studios, and they can be a good option for some clients. But mobile EMS training offers a different experience, especially if you want to save time, train privately and avoid extra travel.

FAQ
Am I too unfit or out of shape to start?
No. Sessions begin exactly where you are today. You do not need to be fit, flexible or confident before your first session. The programme is adapted to your current ability, mobility and comfort.
I have arthritis or joint stiffness. Is training safe for me?
In many cases, controlled movement and strength work can be helpful, but the right exercises depend on your condition and any medical guidance you have. Sessions are adapted carefully and painful movements are never forced.
I have had a joint replacement. Can I still train?
Possibly, yes, but only with appropriate medical clearance and clear movement guidance from your doctor or physiotherapist. Sessions are adapted around your surgery history, current mobility, pain-free range of motion and any restrictions you have been given.
Do I need doctor’s clearance for senior fitness or mobility coaching in Dubai?
If you have a chronic condition, recent surgery, cardiovascular history, significant pain or other health considerations, medical clearance may be requested before sessions begin. This is a safety step, not a barrier.
Will I need to get down on the floor?
Only if it is safe and comfortable for you. A complete session can be delivered using a chair, wall support and standing movements. Floor work is only introduced when you feel ready and when it is appropriate.
What if I am working with a physiotherapist?
Your coach can align sessions with your physiotherapist’s guidance where relevant. Sharing movement restrictions, discharge instructions or recommended exercises helps ensure coaching supports your return to movement safely.
What happens if I have a bad day or joint discomfort?
The session adapts immediately. If a joint is uncomfortable or your energy is low, the focus shifts to gentle mobility, breathing, circulation, balance or movements that feel safer that day.
Can I book sessions for a parent with a private mobility coach in Dubai?
Yes. This is common in Dubai. The consultation, health background and scheduling can be managed with you directly, and sessions are delivered privately at your parent’s or family member’s home or residence gym.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. Your coach brings the equipment needed for the session, such as resistance bands, light weights, stability tools and mats. Nothing is required before starting.
