Is strength training safe for children and teenagers?
Yes, when supervised properly and adapted to age, readiness and technique. Sessions focus on bodyweight movement, coordination, resistance bands and light tools where appropriate. Heavy spinal loading and max-effort lifting are not used with young clients.
Do you bring equipment?
Yes. Your trainer brings the equipment needed for the session. Over time, your trainer may suggest a few simple items worth having at home, but this is not required before starting.
