Hi, I’m Rozzie
I am a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and pre/postnatal coach. Fitness has transformed my life, and my mission is to help others experience the same confidence, strength, and freedom through FitwithRozzie.
I give clients flexible options to fit their goals and lifestyle. My approach blends science-backed workouts, personalized nutrition, and mindset coaching to create lasting results that go beyond the gym.
Whether your goal is building muscle, losing weight, regaining strength after pregnancy, or simply feeling healthier and more energized, I’ll guide you with compassion, accountability, and proven methods.

1 on 1 Coaching
As a licensed fitness coach, I will personally support you in achieving your individual fitness goals. Everyone is different. That’s why I tailor my coaching to your personality so you enjoy your training and achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible.
Online Coaching
You are traveling, for example, and still want to continue your training? We can also conduct our sessions online and I support you via video chat during your training. You will stay flexible and fit at the same time.
EMS Training
EMS Training activates even deep-lying muscles and type 2 fibers, increases muscle strength, and specifically targets the core muscles. By efficiently strengthening the back, abdominal, and pelvic floor muscles, muscular imbalances are balanced, poor posture is corrected, and posture is sustainably improved. In EMS Training, the training intensity is generated through electrical stimulation. This allows for joint-friendly training without the additional strain of weights or dumbbells.
Pre & Postnatal Training
Prenatal training includes safe and appropriate physical activity during pregnancy to stay fit, prepare for birth, and support recovery afterward.
Postnatal training is designed to accommodate the changes that occur during pregnancy and support recovery through targeted abdominal and pelvic floor exercises. Your overall fitness will be restored, thus improving your general well-being.
Nutrition Coaching
A balanced diet is just as important to fitness training as the training itself – the two are inextricably linked. Adequate protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates provide energy, support recovery, and promote muscle growth. I help you to adapt your diet to your training goals and individual needs. Combined with regular training, the right diet ensures increased performance, well-being, and visible results. This way, you can bring your body and fitness into lasting balance.
Kids & Family Fitness
Gentle, fun and safe movement classes designed for children and parents to enjoy together. Through age-appropriate exercises, mobility games and playful strength-building, I focus on coordination, posture, core strength, flexibility — all wrapped into a fun session. Perfect for families who want to build healthy habits, spend quality active time together and give their kids a strong foundation for lifelong movement. Sessions can be done one-on-one, with siblings or with parent(s), either in person or online.
Active Aging & Mobility Coaching
Gentle, joint-friendly training focused on improving mobility, posture, strength and balance – ideal for older adults, retirees, or anyone looking to stay active and independent as they age. Using body-weight exercises, mobility drills, flexibility work and optional low-impact EMS, we support improved posture, stronger back/core, reduced joint pain, better balance and safer movement for everyday life. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, health background and pace – you set the rhythm, I guide you safely.

Do you want to train with friends or family? Or do you want to support your employees with their daily health? Then group classes are just the right training for you. Group classes combine the benefits of individual coaching with group motivation, social interaction, and cost savings compared to individual training.
