Is Personal Training safe in every trimester?
Yes, as long as you have medical clearance. My training is adapted to your trimester weekly. The first trimester focuses on energy and endurance, later on posture, pelvic floor, and relief.
Do I need to be fit already to start?
Absolutely not. We start at your current level. Whether you are a beginner or an athlete, the training will be individually adjusted.
What happens if I deliver early?
I offer a fair arrangement (e.g., converting the hours into Postpartum Training). Your package will not be lost.
Is strength training allowed during pregnancy?
Light strength training is not only safe for pregnant women but beneficial. It helps strengthen the back and pelvic floor – both essential during childbirth. I would be happy to discuss which exercises are suitable with you in a personal conversation.
From what age can you start exercising after giving birth?
Allow yourself a minimum of six to eight weeks of recovery after childbirth – longer in the case of a cesarean section. Begin with targeted postpartum exercises before gradually resuming your regular training routine. Always consult your midwife or gynecologist before restarting physical activity to ensure it is appropriate for your individual recovery.
