Where another lawful basis is specifically permitted under applicable law, we may rely on that basis where appropriate.
We do not use sensitive health, pregnancy, postpartum or child-related information for direct marketing purposes.
Providing health information to Fit with Rozzie does not create a doctor-patient or other healthcare-provider relationship.
Fit with Rozzie provides fitness and coaching services and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, obstetrical or midwifery care, physiotherapy or rehabilitation unless expressly stated and provided by an appropriately licensed professional.

consent, where applicable law requires or permits consent;
explicit consent, where required for relevant processing of sensitive personal data;
compliance with legal obligations;
legitimate interests where permitted by applicable law, including certain security, administrative, fraud-prevention and service-improvement activities; or

In particular, we do not rely on legitimate interests as a basis for processing sensitive personal data where applicable law prohibits doing so.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
8. Children and Family Coaching
Fit with Rozzie offers services that may involve children, including Kids & Family Fitness.
For the purposes of our service administration, we generally treat individuals under 18 as children and involve a parent or legal guardian as appropriate.

We seek to minimise the amount of children’s personal data collected and use it only for purposes reasonably connected with the requested service, safety, administration or applicable legal requirements.
We do not use children’s health, fitness or coaching information for targeted advertising or unrelated marketing.

We do not use sensitive health, pregnancy, postpartum or child-related information for direct marketing.
15. How We Share Personal Data
We do not sell personal data and we do not share personal data with unrelated third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

If Lamarix FZ-LLC is involved in a genuine merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of relevant business assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate legal and confidentiality safeguards.
Where a service provider processes personal data on our behalf, we seek to use appropriate contractual, organisational and security safeguards as required by applicable law.
16. International Data Transfers and Storage Locations
Lamarix FZ-LLC is established in the United Arab Emirates, and our Website and email infrastructure is hosted by IONOS in Germany.
Depending on your location and the services you use, your personal data may be transferred to, stored or processed outside your country of residence, including in the United Arab Emirates, Germany and other jurisdictions in which our authorised service providers operate.
Different countries may provide different levels of legal protection for personal data.
Where applicable data protection law imposes requirements on international transfers, we take reasonable steps to use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or safeguard. Depending on the applicable legal framework, these measures may include recognised adequacy mechanisms, contractual data-protection safeguards, standard contractual clauses, processor agreements, organisational safeguards or another transfer mechanism permitted by applicable law.
We seek to limit international transfers to personal data reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
17. Data Retention and Destruction
We retain personal data only for the period reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for any additional period required by applicable legal, accounting, tax, safety, dispute-resolution or record-keeping obligations.
Our general retention approach is:
| Data Category | General Retention Period / Approach |
|---|---|
| Enquiry / prospective-client data | Generally up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless you become a client, request earlier deletion where applicable, or a longer period is reasonably necessary for a legal or dispute-related purpose. |
| Client and coaching records | Generally for the duration of the coaching relationship and up to 3 years after the final service or session, unless a longer or shorter period is required or appropriate under applicable law. |
| Health, pregnancy, postpartum and other sensitive coaching data | Generally for the duration of the relevant coaching relationship and up to 3 years afterwards where reasonably necessary for safety, continuity, complaints or legal claims. We seek to delete sensitive information earlier where it is no longer reasonably necessary. |
| Child and guardian coaching data | Generally for the duration of the relevant coaching relationship and up to 3 years afterwards, subject to guardian rights, applicable child-protection requirements and any legal need to retain specific records. |
| Financial, invoice and tax records | Retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. UAE corporate-tax and related records may need to be retained for at least 7 years following the end of the relevant tax period, and longer periods may apply in particular circumstances. |
| Marketing data and preferences | Until consent is withdrawn or marketing is otherwise discontinued. A minimal suppression or consent record may be retained afterwards where reasonably necessary to respect and demonstrate your preference. |
| Consent and authorisation records | For the duration of the relevant processing and generally up to 3 years afterwards where reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance, unless applicable law requires a different period. |
| Technical and security logs | For a limited technical or security period appropriate to the relevant system. Longer retention may apply where a security incident, fraud investigation or legal obligation requires it. |
| Testimonials, photographs and promotional content | For the period covered by the relevant permission or until the content is no longer used, subject to withdrawal rights, applicable law and any reasonable period required to remove material from active systems and publication channels. |
Where personal data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it so that it is no longer available for ordinary use or retrieval, subject to applicable legal requirements and normal secure backup cycles.
Retention periods may be extended where necessary because of a legal hold, dispute, investigation, regulatory request, tax audit or other applicable legal obligation.
18. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, unlawful disclosure, alteration, destruction and other unauthorised processing.
Measures may include, where appropriate:
access controls and password protection;
restricted coach, staff and service-provider access;
secure hosting and reputable service providers;
appropriate contractual controls;
data minimisation;
software and security updates;
backup and recovery arrangements; and
internal confidentiality and information-handling procedures.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If a personal data breach occurs, we will assess and respond to it in accordance with applicable law, including any notification obligations to affected individuals or competent authorities where required.

20. Automated Decision-Making
Fit with Rozzie does not currently rely on solely automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning clients.
Coaching recommendations, coach matching and client suitability decisions involve human judgement.
If this changes materially, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any additional information required by applicable law.
21. Applicable Data Protection Laws

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any privacy right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
22. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our Website may contain links to websites, platforms or services operated by third parties.
Those third parties may process personal data independently in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.
