Yes, as long as you have medical clearance. My training is adapted to your trimester weekly. The first trimester focuses on energy and endurance, later on posture, pelvic floor, and relief.

I offer a fair arrangement (e.g., converting the hours into Postpartum Training). Your package will not be lost.
