Lamarix FZ-LLC operates the fitness and wellbeing coaching brand Fit with Rozzie.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Website, regardless of your location, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides information about Fit with Rozzie, its coaching services, educational content and ways to contact us.

Submitting an enquiry, completing a contact form, clicking a WhatsApp link, requesting a consultation or communicating with us through the Website does not by itself create a coaching contract or client relationship.
A coaching relationship is established only after the prospective client has been accepted for the relevant service and the applicable client agreement or other written service agreement has been concluded.
3. Services, Packages and Pricing
Information about coaching services, packages, prices, availability or other commercial terms displayed on the Website is provided for general information and may be updated from time to time.
The availability of a particular service, coach, training location or appointment is not guaranteed solely because it is displayed on the Website.
Before purchasing a coaching service, the client will be provided with the applicable commercial terms, which may include:

price and applicable taxes;
number of sessions and validity period;
payment terms;
cancellation and rescheduling rules;
refund conditions, where applicable; and
any other service-specific conditions.
Those terms are governed by the applicable client agreement rather than these Website Terms of Use.
Any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, refund or complaint available under mandatory applicable law remains unaffected by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
4. Fitness, Health and Medical Disclaimer

Fit with Rozzie and Lamarix FZ-LLC do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, obstetrical or midwifery care, physiotherapy or rehabilitation, and information published on the Website should not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional, including an obstetrician or gynaecologist where relevant.

5. Children and Family Coaching
Certain Fit with Rozzie services may be available to children or minors.
Where coaching is provided to a child or minor, participation must be appropriately authorised by a parent or legal guardian, and additional screening, consent or contractual requirements may apply before services begin.
Where a minor submits an enquiry regarding paid coaching, appropriate parent or legal guardian involvement or authorisation may be required before the enquiry can proceed.
A child or minor’s access to general Website content does not itself create a contractual relationship with Lamarix FZ-LLC.
